| Penzance Promenade Improvements |
Penzance Promenade is an important asset for the town but is no longer the community facility or tourist attraction it once was. Previous studies have shown that the Promenade is valued by the community and that local people would like to see the space improved.
Cornwall Council believes that, with the right type of restoration and enhancement, the Promenade could, once again, become a key attraction for the town and become a more vibrant, attractive and well used space.Cornwall Council would like to find out what you like about the Promenade, what you don’t like and how you want the space to be used. This exhibition is an important opportunity for you to have your say
The ideas put forward in this exhibition are at an early stage and are presented to stimulate discussion and debate. Nothing has been decided yet. Your comments will help
to shape the proposals and once we have analysed all the feedback from this exhibition we will work up more detailed plans. These will be used by the Council to support funding bids to secure the money needed for the improvements.
